SHAREHOLDERS

Ri.Nova (also through its subsidiary ASTRA) provides expertise, fields and laboratories to provide specialist services to its members and private companies.

Thanks to our social base, which represents over 60% of the vegetable GSP of Emilia-Romagna, we operate in close contact with the agricultural production reality.

PROJECTS: We develop research projects for our members (planning financed through public tenders)

SERVICES: We provide service activities to develop innovation actions (direct orders from shareholders and private individuals)

RESULTS: We contribute to the application of results and transfer them to companies

The membership base of Ri.Nova, made up of 51 "ordinary" and "subsidiary" members, is closely in contact with the agricultural production reality. The ordinary members are in fact represented by the Producers' Associations (PO), by the cooperatives and by other legal forms of aggregation between producers. The sponsoring members are divided into producer sponsors (individual natural persons and other legal entities, as long as they are representative of the productions) and non-producer sponsors.
